On an Intel Mac? The macOS build is Apple Silicon only for now — it will not run on Intel hardware. Rather than have you download 92 MB that cannot start, we would rather say so here. Email support@harisshield.com and we will tell you when an Intel build exists. Windows and Linux builds are x86-64 and work on Intel and AMD.

macOS Installation

Since Haris Shield is not distributed through the App Store, macOS may show a security warning the first time you open it. This is normal for apps downloaded outside the App Store.

  1. 1

    Open the DMG file

Double-click the downloaded .dmg file to mount it.

  2. 2

    Drag to Applications

Drag the Haris Shield icon into the Applications folder.

  3. 3

    Right-click → Open

On first launch, right-click (or Control-click) the app in Applications and select "Open".

  4. 4

    Click "Open" in the dialog

macOS will ask for confirmation. Click "Open" to launch Haris Shield. You only need to do this once.
